How to turn steering animation off in F1 22

The wait is over: F1 22 is out now. Codemasters’ latest F1 game brings several new features to the franchise, from driveable supercars to the Miami Grand Prix.

With the revised handling model reflecting the 2022 rule changes, cars in F1 22 can be tricky to drive at first as they feel heavier than last year's cars. To get the most out of them, we recommend playing F1 22 with a racing wheel.

F1 22 supports a variety of racing wheels but seeing the steering animation in-game when using one can be distracting. Thankfully, it’s easy to switch it off. Here’s how to turn steering animation off in F1 22.
