Pre-orders for Need for Speed Unbound are now live!
Criterion’s newest Need for Speed game is finally on the way after a year delay and we can't wait.
EA has revealed a lot about Need for Speed Unbound so far, but if you want to make sure you are playing as early as possible then pre-ordering is the only way!
Need for Speed Unbound Pre-Order
Both the Standard Edition and Palace Edition of Need for Speed Unbound are available to pre-order at digital stores.
Pre-ordering the Standard Edition gives you access to the following exclusive content:
- Driving Effect
- License Plate
- Banner Artwork and Sticker
- $150,000 Bank (Multiplayer use only)
Palace Edition
The Deluxe Edition for NFS Unbound is called the Palace Edition.
Aimed at NFS fans, the Need for Speed Unbound Palace Edition includes a truckload of extra content on top of the pre-order extras.

- 4 stunningly intense new Custom Cars
- New gassy Driving Effects

Price
At the time of writing, the Need for Speed Unbound Standard Edition is priced at £69.99/$69.99 on the digital PlayStation and Xbox stores and £59.99 on Steam.
Due to the extra content, the Palace Edition is more expensive.
At the time of writing, the Palace Edition costs £79.99/$79.99 on the digital PlayStation and Xbox stores and £62.99 on Steam with a ten percent discount.
Early access
As well as containing all this extra content, the Need for Speed Unbound Palace Edition also gives you three days early access so you can get a head start on your rivals.
By pre-ordering the Palace Edition, players can play Need for Speed Unbound three days early on 29 November.
Release date
As for the general release date, the Need for Speed Unbound launches on 2 December for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. As it’s a current-gen-only game, it isn’t coming to PS4 and Xbox One.
