New Star GP Hits The Grid This March

For fans of retro racing, there’s a real treat coming in 2024. New Star GP is launching this year, and it’s coming soon. Let’s take a look at when players can get their hands on this incredible retro racer.

Racing to the past

Starting a Career Mode in the 1980s, players can speed through decades of racing, building up their team to conquer the grid. New Star GP’s graphics are also incredibly retro. A classic chase camera complements the visuals, with the game’s HUD also designed to emulate the classic arcade racer feel.

With over 170 unique events to play, 45 unique drivers, 17 tracks to race on, and incredible car, driver, and team customisation, New Star GP aims to dominate the retro racing market. So we know what’s coming in New Star GP, but how long do we need to wait before we can race back to the past?

As it turns out, we don’t have long to wait at all. New Star GP is set to screech onto the market in March 2024. We don’t yet have a specific date in March, but it’s exciting to know we’re only two months away from this retro title.

New Star GP will be released on Xbox, PlayStation, PC via Steam, and Nintendo Switch. The game entered Steam Early Access back in August 2023, with players able to get stuck into the racing action.

New Star GP is currently listed on Steam for £14.99 (approx $19), so we’re expecting the console price to be similar if not the same.
