Most racing games require you to fine-tune a setup within the car or bike to get the most out of it. From suspension stiffness to aerodynamics and tyre pressure.
It sometimes feels like you need a degree in automotive engineering, well one game embracing the mechanical and engineering side of racing is RiMS Racing.
Let's take a look!
Latest news - Pre-order to get a bonus track
Pre-orders for RiMS Racing are now open, and there is a tasty bonus for those that get in early.
If you pre-order RiMS Racing you'll get the Bahrain International Circuit to go racing on!
Precision like nothing else
Plenty of games offer precise physics and racing simulations. Assetto Corsa and its GT-cousin Competizione are perhaps the best examples of this, but none offer the depth that RiMS Racing will.
Mechanics is a central part of RiMS Racing's unique simulation experience. The game promises an innovative mechanics management system that allows the player to optimise every part of the bike, right down to the smallest detail.
From brake disc temperature and tyre pressure to suspension behaviour and electronics, the ultra-realistic and precise physics of RiMS Racing puts you at the heart of everything.
The game also boasts more than 500 official spare parts and 200 official equipment items for the rider, RiMS Racing is setting a new bar for customisation and user-choice.
Gameplay
In RiMS Racing you start by selecting a bike from one of eight European or Japanese models. With races at Silverstone, Laguna Seca, Suzuka, Paul Ricard and more.
