WRC Generations Price
With WRC Generations was released in November on many home consoles. These include both the PlayStation 4 & 5, Xbox Series X | S & One and Windows PC via the Steam Store.
We've now got the pricing details for all of these systems!
The WRC Generations Standard Edition will retail for Ā£34.99/ā¬39.99/$39.99 on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S digitally.
Those that Pre-ordered the Standard Edition also gives you access to Marcus Grƶnholm's iconic Peugeot 206 WRC as a pre-order bonus.
The PC version wasn't available to pre-order, but players who purchase the Standard or Fully Loaded Editions of WRC Generations in the first two weeks after launch will receive the Peugeot 206 DLC for free. This offer will be available until 17 November.
Deluxe Edition
There is also a WRC Generations Deluxe Edition. Known as the Fully Loaded Edition, the Deluxe Edition is loaded with extra content including:
- SƩbastien Loeb's Citroƫn C4 WRC
- Two Liveries for Romain Dumas' Porsche 911 GT3 RS RGT
- Livery Editor bonus items
- 48 hours H Early Access
- Three Free Months to WRC+ All Live
- A Career Starter Pack
You also get two days early access to WRC Generations with the Deluxe Edition on 1 November.
The WRC Generations Fully Loaded Edition costs Ā£44.99/ā¬49.99/$49.99 and is available to pre-order for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, but pricing details aren't available for the PC version yet.
WRC Generations Release Date
As for the relesae date, WRC Generations launched on 3 November. A Nintendo Switch version will follow later, with a release date yet to be confirmed.
It was originally set for an early October release before being delayed for extra polish time. This is slightly later than we've been used to in recent years, and is before Rally Japan.
Pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition gave you two days early access on 1 November.
Gameplay videos
If you want to see WRC Generations in action before you buy, Kylotonn has treated us to two gameplay videos showcasing Rally Sweden and Rally Japan.
We get to see the new Rally1 hybrid cars get put through their paces by Toyota Gazoo Racing's Takamoto Katsuta and Hyundai's Oliver Solberg. From the videos, the driving physics looks to be a step up with weightier car handling, while the powerful Rally1 hybrid cars will offer a new challenge.
