WRC Generations is out now on multiple consoles, but what about the Nintendo Switch? The Nintendo Switch is the most underrated video game console out there, but when can we expect a Switch port?
WRC Generations on Switch
WRC 10 was released on the Switch, and that's not changing for Generations. The current-gen Nintendo system will be getting the WRC treatment again later this year.
The Switch version of Generations will be able to run in 1080p HD and 60 fps if you connect the system to your TV.
If you're on the go, the Switch's screen will output the game in 720p, but with a higher pixel density on the OLED model.
WRC Generations is only able to be played by a mobile device on Switch, as this system is a hybrid of both a home and portable console.
Gameplay videos
Kylotonn hasn't shown WRC Generations running on Nintendo Switch yet.
However, we have two official gameplay videos showcasing Rally Sweden and Rally Japan with the new Rally1 hybrid cars driven by WRC drivers Oliver Solberg and Takamoto Katsuta.
WRC Generations Switch Release Date
WRC Generations is out now for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC, but Switch players will need to wait a bit longer.
Nacon has confirmed WRC Generations will release on Nintendo Switch on 19 December. This is earlier than normal - WRC 10 launched on Nintendo Switch in March this year, around six months after other formats.
But because KT Racing is losing the WRC license this year, WRC Generations will arrive on Switch before the end of this year.
