F1 2021 is all about recreating and living out your Formula 1 championship dreams, but there is also an element of creativity with My Team, the livery editor, and helmet & suit designs too.
That creativity has been explored by two current F1 drivers, Monza winner Daniel Ricciardo and future Mercedes star George Russell.
The two drivers have created a set of in-game items for players to use that are totally free to earn!
How to unlock items for free
Both Ricciardo's and Russell's items can be had for free as part of Podium Pass Series 3 which has now kicked off in F1 2021!
As these are part of the free rewards, players do not need to unlock the VIP tier, which costs 9,000 PitCoins, but you can double up on rewards if you do!
However, to get them all you will need to complete the Podium Pass and it's 30 levels, which is a lot of racing.
Daniel Ricciardo items
The McLaren man has created a helmet (lvl 5), gloves (lvl 11), race suit (lvl 17), and livery (lvl 30) for F1 2021.
Their designs echo his "All Good, All Ways" brand slogan and the chaotic, colourful vibe we have come to expect from him.
George Russell items
Russell's items are a bit calmer in nature, but still reflect his ice-cool persona and current Williams team very well.
Likewise, Russell has created gloves (lvl 3), helmet (lvl 7), race suit (lvl 21), and livery (lvl 24) for the game.
