Hail to the Chief

Before we outline who are the best Technical Chiefs F1 Manager 2024, you need to know which attributes these staff members are ranked on. Six stats are used to give an overall rating for Technical Chiefs

These are the following: Chassis, Front Wing, Rear Wing, Sidepods, Underfloor, and Suspension.

These six attributes can be grouped into a couple of categories. Front and Rear Wing, as well as Underfloor, relate to the car's aerodynamics. A good spread of high attributes is best rather than a few being very high.

The Chassis, Sidepods, and Suspension all relate to the car's chassis.

Best Technical Chief in F1 Manager

Red Bull has been the dominant force in Formula 1 in recent seasons. Max Verstappen has been unstoppable, thanks partly to the field Red Bull car class they've provided him with.

So, it shouldn't be surprising that the best Technical Chief in F1 Manager 2024 is contracted to Red Bull Racing. Pierre Wache has an overall score of 92, which is higher than any other in the game.

Wache's standout attributes include a perfect 100 for Rear Wing, 99 for the Underfloor, and 97 for the Chassis, Suspension, and Front Wing.

Hot on his heels is Ferrari's Enrico Cardile, who has an overall 91 rating. It will be very tough to lure these Technical Chiefs to your team, though, so it might be better to go with someone further down the grid or a free agent.

On the budget side of things, James Key is very highly rated for the relatively lowly Sauber team, so he shouldn't cost too much to poach.
