Portimao arrives as Codemasters lays out roadmap for new tracks

In a new trailer Codemasters has given F1 2021 fans the news they have wanted for months, the new tracks are on their way!

It's not just fresh pieces of tarmac that are coming though, as fans got a first look at plenty of other updates and pieces of info.

Here's the full breakdown of what is to come in F1 2021!

Portimao arrives TODAY

That's right, the Portuguese Grand Prix enters F1 2021 today. Players on every platform will be able to tackle the new track and try to master the rolling hills of the Algarve.

But that isn't the only big announcement from Codemasters, as they have revealed that Imola will be coming in October and Jeddah will finally arrive in November, well ahead of the first Saudi Arabian Grand Prix in December.

Performance patch

The performance update has also arrived. Car pace has been rebalanced to better reflect real-world pace, and as a result the Time Trial leaderboards have been wiped clean, so go set a new world record while you can!

The changes to handling will arrive as soon as the AI retraining has been completed. While livery updates will be coming in October too.

Aston Martin safety car

The new Aston Martin safety car will also be coming to the game. The big green beast will be leading the pack at quite a few tracks if needed. You can find the Aston Martin at the following tracks:
