If you've bought the Premium Edition or the Premium Addons Bundle for Forza Horizon 5, you'll have access to the Car Pass, where you're gifted a new and unique car each week. The cars for the next few weeks have just been revealed, so let's take a look at what's in store for us!
Ferrari J50
The Ferrari J50 is based on the 488 Pista but with custom bodywork, to celebrate half a century of Ferrari sales in Japan. It's apparently faster in the corners than the regular 488 and we think it looks excellent.
Just ten of these were build and sold in the real world. Forza Horizon 5 is likely the only place we'll get to experience this machine! It has design elements that hark back to the F40 and F50 in particular. We'll look forward to giving this a drive.
Ferrari Monza SP2
We've been hoping to see this car show up in Forza Horizon 5. Already our wish has come true! This speedster is a great looking piece of kit. Powered by the 6.5 litre V12 of the 812 Superfast, this is one of the most outrageous Ferraris of recent years.
The SP2 is the two-seater variety of the Ferrari Monza, which seems an odd decision to have made in a Forza game where that empty passenger seat really does no good at all. Still, we won't complain!
Lamborghini Espada series III
This ultra-rare 70s Lamborghini four-seater GT is a collection of odd design compromises. It was designed by Marcello Gandini of Bertone, better known for the Miura, Countach, and of course the Lancia Stratos.
Looking like the offspring of an American muscle car and a hearse, this isn't considered one of the most elegant Italian cars of its age. The late decision to turn a mid-engined GT concept into a front engined 2+2 gives it odd proportions, but the 350 bhp V12 was a serious motor in its day, but with over 4.7 metres length and over 1600 kilograms to shift, we don't expect this to be the best performing car of this batch!
Lamborghini Huracán Evo
The upgraded version of Lamborghini's flagship model makes its Forza debut this month.
This looks like it'll be a pretty fast machine, with substantially redesigned aerodynamics and 631 bhp. We'll look forward to racing this car!
