The CIX's Mural can be found in the San Sebastien region south of the map in a dense jungle. If you don’t have unlimited fast travel, the nearest Outpost is the Horizon Wilds Outpost.

CIX's Mural is painted on the side of a building in a village town in San Sebastien. As you exit the jungle, the CIX’s Mural is the first sight you’ll see when you enter the village, so it’s hard to miss this beautiful painting.

To complete the Horizon Wilds Takeover Spring Photo Challenge, you need to photograph any Buggy at CIX's Mural in San Sebastian.
Any buggy is eligible for this challenge including the Funco Motorsports F9, Alumi Craft Class 10 Race Car, Ariel Nomad, and Penhall The Cholla.
Your reward for this challenge is the La Cucaracha Car Horn.
Horizon Wilds Takeover Spring Festival Playlist
There are some rugged reward cars to win in the Horizon Wilds Takeover Spring Festival Playlist including the Nissan Safari Turbo ’85 (20 points) and Mini X-Raid All4 Racing Countryman ’14 (40 points).
