Where is the Neon Tank in Palacio Azul del Oceano?
First, you need to head to Palacio Azul del Oceano. This picturesque region is located on the southwest coast.
Using the cursor on the map below, drive up the winding beach road and you’ll find the Neon Tank on the side of the white apartment complex next to the Drift Zone.

The Neon Tank in Palacio Azul del Oceano is the location of the Midnights at Horizon Photo Challenge.
To complete the Photo Challenge, you need to snap a photo of any Modern Sports car next to the Neon Tank in Azul del Oceano.
We used the Toyota GR Supra, but there are many cheaper options that are eligible. When browsing your car collection, select filter then Modern Sports to find an eligible car.
Once you’ve saved a photo, you’ll be rewarded with a Horizon Raptors Tee for your avatar.
Midnights at Horizon Spring Festival Playlist
Outside of the Photo Challenge, there are eight cars to collect in the Midnights at Horizon Spring Festival Playlist. Season Reward cars are the Cadillac CT4-V Blackwing ‘22 (20 points) saloon and Radical RXC (40 points).
You can also earn the Saleen S1 '18, Lotus 3-Eleven, Volkswagen Golf R '10, Chevrolet Chevelle '70, BMW M5 '09, and BMW M5 '88 by completing playlist challenges.
