Another week, another set of GT Sport Daily Races!
This week Polyphony has a treat for racers, or is it? We're off to the longest course in the game for a race, as well as trying our best to tackle a tricky short course and make some wild overtakes in the Italian countryside.
Let's take a look at what Gran Turismo Sport racers have in store for them this week!
Race A
Suzuka Circuit - East Course - 6 laps
The first race this week takes us to Suzuka for a 6 lap race around its short course. This layout includes only the pit straight and the esses section before looping back on itself.
You'll be in a specially provided car on the Sports Medium tyres and racing against in a 12-car, grid start, field without fuel consumption or tyre wear.
There is also real off-course traction reduction and a weak slipstream, so staying mistake-free will be key here.
Race B
Autodrome Lago Maggiore - GP - 3 laps
The second race takes us to the tricky Lago Maggiore GP circuit for three laps in the Gr.4 cars.
Staying patient is usually the name of the game here, but with so few laps you'll have to make some moves if you want to get to the front!
There is a 16-car grid under a rolling start, and you'll be on the Racing Medium tyres without wear or fuel consumption. There is also real off-track traction loss and slipstream to aid in those overtakes.
Race C
Nurburgring 24h - 2 laps
Welcome to the toughest Daily Race in a while! Two laps of the Nurburgring 24h is a huge 31.5 miles of racing in Gr.3 cars.
You'll be on the Racing Medium tyre with a 20-car rolling start field to race against. There is of course real off-track traction loss and slipstream, but also 2x fuel consumption and 4x tyre wear. You don't need to make a pitstop for this race as its only two laps, but those tyres will be tested!
