Gran Turismo Sport currently has over 300 cars available for you to own in-game. How do you go about increasing your collection, though? We've everything you need to know right here!
Things have changed slightly from the previous iterations of Gran Turismo for GT Sport. You can purchase cars by navigating to the "BRAND CENTRAL" tab in the home menu.
Enter it and from there you'll be asked to choose what region your chosen ride is from; America, Europe or Asia-Pacific.
Let's say, for example, you're wanting to buy a Volkswagen. You'd select Europe, then scroll down to Germany and select VW.
From there, you'll need to select "Showroom" and you'll be taken to the list of cars available from that manufacturer. Choose a car by pressing X, pick which colour you want and confirm the buy to add it to your garage.
This is also where you can take pictures of your cars in photo mode and watch videos from the manufacturers of the cars.
If you prefer to learn visually, there's this handy video which TheRunningWife has uploaded to YouTube to show you how to buy a car in GT Sport:
From Abarth to Zagato, there's a lot on offer in GT Sport's catalogue. To date, there's a total of just under 400 vehicles from 51 manufacturers to choose from.
Everything from Mini Coopers to hypercars is available, as long as you have enough credits.
That will only increase as well, as GT Sport is likely to receive more support from Polyphony going forward.
Gran Turismo 7
Gran Turismo 7 will be Polyphony and GT's first foray onto the next-gen systems and PlayStation 5. Unfortunately, GT7 has been delayed until 2022, so we won't be seeing the king of sims on PS5 for at least another year.
Let's relive the announcement trailer from last year to give us a glimpse of what to expect next year!
