NASCAR Arcade Rush Release Date Confirmed in New Trailer

With no other NASCAR games due this year, NASCAR Arcade Rush is stealing the limelight. As well as giving us our first look at the game, the new trailer has confirmed the release date for NASCAR Arcade Rush.

Releasing on both PC and consoles, NASCAR Arcade Rush does for NASCAR what F1 Race Stars did for Formula 1. Taking iconic NASCAR circuits such as Talladega Superspeedway, Daytona International Speedway, and Homestead-Miami Speedway, NASCAR Arcade Rush adds all-new ways to race. These include gravity-defying jumps, nitro boosts, and other hair-raising ways to take on your rivals.

The trailer showcases the high-octane racing featured in the game. Showing off the tracks, cars, and game modes available from launch, the trailer is action-packed from start to finish.

Featuring NASCAR vehicles from 75 years of stock racing history, players can customise their vehicles with spoilers, rims, paint schemes, and even special effects to suit their own style before hitting the track. Player characters can also be kitted out with racing suits and helmets to be the sharpest driver on the circuit.

Also featuring three single-player modes and a 12-player online multiplayer mode, NASCAR Arcade Rush contains a career mode called the NASCAR Cup Series, along with Quick Race and Time Attack. Local split-screen multiplayer is also available on Playstation 4/5 and Xbox One and Xbox Series X|S.

After the disaster of NASCAR 21 Ignition, developers Motorsport Games cancelled NASCAR 22 and have also reportedly cancelled NASCAR 23 to focus on a new IndyCar title instead. This makes NASCAR Arcade Rush the only officially licensed NASCAR game out this year.

NASCAR Arcade Rush release date confirmed

The trailer also confirms the release date. NASCAR Arcade Rush launches on PC and console, including Nintendo Switch, on 15 September.

NASCAR Arcade Rush is priced at $49.99 (UK price to be confirmed) for the standard bundle or $59.99 for the NASCAR Project-X Bundle. This bundle contains the base game along with extra NASCAR Project-X content including additional vehicles, paint schemes, and driver customisation options.
