SnowRunner Year 4 Pass Brings 4 More Seasons of Content

With Expeditions: A MudRunner Game out now, SnowRunner players were wondering if there would be a Year 4 Pass for the game.

Fear not because confirmation came that the SnowRunner Year 4 Pass would be coming in 2024, bringing four new seasons of content for fans of the off-road trucking simulation.

With the announcement of the Season 13 Dig & Drill Expansion coming to SnowRunner, the Year 4 Pass for the game is now available to buy.

Season 13 adds two new vehicles to the game, along with a new map to explore. This map, set in the remote Altany region of Kazakhstan, features 2km squared (approx 0.8 square miles) of terrain for players to traverse.

The two new vehicles are the 8x8 powerhouse PLAD 450 and the AAC-58DW, a wide-body scouting SUV fit for any terrain. New missions are also coming, providing the perfect excuse to take these new vehicles out for a spin.

Despite being available for purchase now, the Year 4 Pass won't be usable until Season 13 launches in June.

SnowRunner Year 4 Pass Roadmap: Four new seasons of content

In a community update, Focus Entertainment shared a roadmap for the SnowRunner Year 4 Pass, confirming that fans can look forward to four more seasons of content throughout 2024:

• Season 13: Dig and Drill (coming June 2024)
• Season 14: Reap & Sow
• Season 15: Oil & Dirt
• Season 16: Expansion 4

Each Year Pass contains four seasons of paid DLC, bringing new trucks, themed missions, and maps to explore. The most recent season, Season 12: Public Energy, added four new maps set in North Carolina, two new trucks, and cargo missions with players delivering equipment to help develop a power station.

The Year 4 Pass will be the fourth SnowRunner Year Pass since the Year Pass 1 launched in 2020. With four new seasons planned for 2024, it’s reassuring that Saber Interactive will continue supporting SnowRunner with fresh content for at least another year and possibly into early 2025. With the Expeditions: A MudRunner Game spin-off also having arrived in March, 2024 will be a busy year for the Florida-based developer.

SnowRunner Year 4 Pass release date and price

There is no full release date for the SnowRunner Season 13 Dig & Drill Expansion yet. We do know, however, that it will launch in June 2024.

Despite this, the Year 4 Pass is available to purchase now.

The SnowRunner Year 4 Pass is available on all platforms, including PC via Steam, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Pricing is a little more expensive than usual, with the Year 4 Pass costing £21.99/$24.99.

This is more than the £19.99/$19.99 price of the previous Year Passes.

While each season can be purchased separately, SnowRunner's Year Passes are the cheapest and most convenient way to get all DLC.
