Assetto Corsa Competizione free weekend

To celebrate Lamborghini’s The Real Race 22022 eSports series, Assetto Corsa Competizione will be free-to-play for all Steam users this weekend, giving players an opportunity to experience the GT World Challenge simulation game. The Challengers Pack DLC released in March will also be free on Steam for a limited time.

Steam users can access ACC and the Challengers Pack for free from Thursday 5 May (6pm BST/10am PST until Sunday 8 May 9pm BST/1pm PST.

If you want to own ACC after trying it for free, the base game and all DLC packs will be reduced by up to 60 percent between Thursday 5 May 6pm BST/10am PST and Monday 16 May 6pm BST/10am PST.

Plays can take advantage of the following discounts:

• Assetto Corsa Competizione (Base Game) – 60% discount
• 2020 GT world challenge pack (DLC) – 60% discount
• British GT Pack (DLC) – 60% discount
• GT4 Pack (DLC) – 60% discount
• Intercontinental GT Pack (DLC) – 60% discount
• Challengers Pack (DLC) – 10% discount

Lamborghini’s The Real Race eSports tournament will feature the Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO2 in ACC, part of the Challengers Pack DLC.

With a prize pool of €15,000, players from Europe/Middle East/Africa, North America/Latin America and Asia-Pacific (APAC) will compete to become the next official Lamborghini esports driver.

Anyone over 16 years old with the PC version of ACC can enter. For a chance to become Lamborghini’s esports driver, entrants also need to register on the official Lamborghini Esports websites.

ACC is also available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One and recently received a next-gen update increasing the resolution and frame rate for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S players.

Challengers Pack

As well as the Lamborghini Huracan Super Trofeo EVO2, the Challengers Pack also includes the Ferrari 488 Challenge Evo, Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992), Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo II, and BMW M2 CS Racing. It normally retails for £9.99, but will be on sale with a ten percent discount from 5 May until 16 May.
