F1 2021 rumoured for Xbox Game Pass this month

Xbox Game Pass is effectively the Netflix of gaming. Microsoft’s online subscription service gives you access to a library of hundreds of titles. It’s convenient, great value for money, and encourages you to try games that may not be on your radar.

Several racing games are on GamePass, including Forza Horizon 5. Now, rumours suggest F1 2021 is the latest racing game coming to Game Pass this month.

F1 2021 reportedly coming to Xbox Game Pass this month

French site Dealabs has leaked the next batch of games coming to Xbox Game Pass this month. Headlining the list of games is Codemasters’ F1 2021. There's no official announcement yet, but Dealabs has accurately leaked Xbox Game Pass games for several months in a row.

Rumours suggest F1 2021 is coming to Xbox Game Pass this month

Even though F1 2021's sales exceeded EA’s expectations, bringing last year's F1 game to a wider audience on Xbox Game Pass will help generate hype for F1 2022.

Games are usually added to Xbox Game Pass twice a month, so F1 2021 will likely come to Microsoft’s subscription service later this month. This will also enable newcomers to put some practice in before F1 2022 races off the line.

This won’t be the first Codemasters’ racing game on Xbox Game Pass either: DiRT 5, DiRT Rally 2.0, and GRID are also available on the game subscription service.

Other games rumoured for Xbox Games Pass this month include The Dungeon Of Naheulbeuk, Tainted Grail: Conquest, Weird West, Shredders, Zero Escape: The Nonary Games, and Norco.

Latest F1 2022 rumours

F1 2021 was announced on 15th April last year, so the reveal of F1 2022 could be just a few weeks away. The latest rumours suggest the next instalment in the F1 game series will have some significant changes. Not only will F1 2022 reflect the new car regulations, but it will reportedly feature a new F1 Life mode.

Simulating the lavish lifestyle of an F1 driver, this surprise new mode will let you drive and race supercars for the first time in the series according to reliable EA leaker Tom Henderson. The leaker also claims F1 2022 will have cross-play support, allowing PlayStation, Xbox, and PC players to race together online.
