Ferrari is finally coming to RaceRoom

A circuit rarely seen in racing games, TT Circuit Assen made a surprise appearance in RaceRoom Racing Experience a couple of weeks ago.

Since then, a new version of Indianapolis Speedway was added with new layouts. Now, Sector3 Studios has announced that Ferrari is coming to RaceRoom for the first time.

Ferrari is finally coming to RaceRoom

Since RaceRoom launched way back in 2013, the car list has expanded with over 100 race cars. But Ferrari has been notably missing in the revered PC racing simulation – until now.

In a brief announcement video, Sector3 confirmed that Ferrari is coming to RaceRoom, starting with theFerrari 488 GT3 Evo 2020.

Powered by a 3.9-litre V8, Ferrari’s successful GT3 racer is coming to RaceRoom in an upcoming DTM car pack, but there’s no release date yet. However, it should arrive within the next month to coincide with RaceRoom’s DTM Esports Championship starting on 24 February.

Unfortunately, we don’t get to see RaceRoom’s version of the Ferrari 488 GT3 Evo in action in the announcement video either. We’ll hopefully find out more details soon. Let’s hope this leads to Lamborghini cars like the Huracan GT3 Evo joining RaceRoom’s car roster too.
