We're not used to hearing modern music in a rally game, yet EA Sports WRC bring the tunes to WRC. EA and Codemasters have revealed the official soundtrack, so let's take a look at what tracks you'll be racing to in EA Sports WRC.
EA Sports WRC soundtrack
In previous WRC games, the soundtrack has been dominated by dramatic, awe-inspiring music. Hurtling along narrow country roads at break-neck speeds to a soundtrack filled with orchestral power to match the horsepower under the bonnet was bound to get the hair standing on the back of your neck.
EA Sports WRC rips up the notebook with a more modern soundtrack. Headline acts in the EA Sports WRC soundtrack are Jungle, Hot Chip, and Four Tet. This might be jarring for seasoned rally players but it's a sign that changes have arrived in the world of WRC.
Among the well-known artists, there are a few examples of emerging talent too. This follows the example set by other EA titles, including F1 23's soundtrack from earlier this year.
