Codemasters has already dropped update 1.15 today for F1 2020, but they arent' done!
The final driver ratings update for the game has also arrived before the team turn their attention to F1 2021.
F1 2020 driver ratings update
New for F1 2020, the driver ratings work similarly to OVR in games like FIFA.
And just like other games, Codemasters adjust the ratings based on real-life results.
With the 2020 season now done, the final update is here. Let's look at which drivers have seen a boost and which have dropped down the rankings.
Lando Norris - 84 (+2)
The young British driver goes up by two after consistent high finishes in the final few races of the year.
His awareness has lept by 5 to 93, while his pace has jumped up by 2.
Esteban Ocon - 81 (+1)
A maiden podium and some solid drivers to finish the season has Ocon moving on up.
A +3 boost to hi awareness makes up his solid move to an 81.
George Russell - 79 (+1)
This probably should have been more, at least to all those British F1 fans!
Russell stepping in at short notice for Lewis Hamilton at the Sakhir GRand Prix was finally his chance to show his true pace, and boy did he.
A P2 in qualifying was quickly converted to a first-lap lead. Only a serious of unfortunate events prevented George from claiming victory.
His calmness during the calamities of that race, plus overall performance, has put a +5 on his awareness, along with a +1 to his experience, pace, and overall.
