F1 Manager 2024 is here, so you'll want to hire the best Technical Chiefs staff members for your team!

You can create a new team and join the 2024 Formula 1 grid in F1 Manager 2024. To beat the best, you'll need to produce the best car, and there aren't many better ways to do that than hiring a top-class Technical Chief.

Technical Chiefs give you bonuses on top of the parts you design in F1 Manager 2024. So, who are the best on the market, and what is the best value for money?

Wache's standout attributes include a perfect 100 for Rear Wing, 99 for the Underfloor, and 97 for the Chassis, Suspension, and Front Wing.

Hot on his heels is Ferrari's Enrico Cardile, who has an overall 91 rating. It will be very tough to lure these Technical Chiefs to your team, though, so it might be better to go with someone further down the grid or a free agent.

On the budget side of things, James Key is very highly rated for the relatively lowly Sauber team, so he shouldn't cost too much to poach.
