The essence of any great racing games is the range and quality of the cars that are available to drive.
Itās all well and good having a great physics model but if the motors that itās being used on arenāt interesting enough, you wonāt thrill many gamers.
Forza has had a massive collection of cars to choose from for years now, but improvements can always be made, especially with the Xbox Series X on the horizon. Here are five cars we want to see in Forza Motorsport!
Lamborghini Aventador SVJ LP770-4
Lamborghiniās have always been cars that were designed to be slapped onto a poster and placed into a childās bedroom, they just look cool.
Forza Motorsport 7 had both the Aventador LP 700-4 and the 750-4 SV, but thereās been an even more powerful model produced since.Ā
The SVJ LP770-4 is an absolute monster, producing 760 bhp, 20 more than the already ridiculous 750-4 SV. The LP770-4 also looks extremely aggressive, there have been no half measures taken by Lambo here.
Your rivals will be scared off the road by this beast if they can even keep up.
With only 800 of this model being produced worldwide, itās an extremely rare car and one that will be a pleasure to drive.
Toyota GR Supra
We have no idea how the Toyota Supra wasnāt included in Forza 7. The Supra is, without doubt, one of the most iconic cars of the 90s and early 2000s.
Its prominence in the Fast & Furious film series and its popularity in games such as Need for Speed: Underground has cemented its place in pop culture.Ā
Weād love to see a fourth-generation model in the next Forza. However, seeing as the Supra has returned to the production line, now is the ideal time to include the new GR Supra.
Weighing in at only 1,500 kg and producing up to 380 bhp means that the GR Supra will be the fastest ever of its kind and we canāt wait to drive it!
Chevrolet Corvette C8
There were a LOT of Chevroletās featured in FM7, 60 in total, but that tally needs to increase by at least one for Forza Motorsport.
The Chevrolet Corvette C8 has come into production this year and is a real competitor to the high-performance sports cars from Europe and Japan.
A 6.2 Litre V8 motor produces almost 500 bhp but itās the corners where this car really shines.
At just over 1,500 kg in weight, itāll fly around the bends. Itās also a beautiful car as well, it looks stunning when ascending mountain passes and zooming through forests.Ā
Koenigsegg Jesko
If you thought that the Aventador we featured earlier in this list was insane, the Koenigsegg Jesko will blow your mind.
The small Swedish manufacturers have been churning out some of the highest-performance hypercars in the world since the mid-1990s.
The Jesko is the latest in a long line of road cars that defy physics and push the boundaries of modern engineering to their limits.
Production on the Jesko is expected to commence later this year and when it does, one of the fastest road cars ever will hit the streets.
A twin-turbocharged V8 will produce over 1,600 bph, over double that of the SVJ LP770-4! Weighing in at only 1,420 kg as well will mean that the Jesko can achieve a top speed of 278 mph (447 kph).
Believe it or not, but there is actually an even faster Jesko planned for production in the future, the Jesko Absolut.
Not much is know about the Absolut except that it will allegedly be able to achieve a top speed of over 300 mph (483 kph).
Toyota GT-One
Toyota is back with a bang in Forza so itās only right we include more of the famous Japanese manufacturerās cars. The Toyota GT-One was developed for Le Mans in the late 1990s, winning in its class at the 1999 race.Ā
This is a beautiful racer and one that was built at the peak of Le Mansā bonkers design period.
The GT-One has been in Forza in the past, most recently in Motorsport 5, but hasnāt been seen since. Whatsmore is that the road version of this car has never been included in Forza, so itād be great to see that machine given its debut.Ā
The GT-One is a Gran Turismo fan-favourite though, so itād be difficult for Turn 10 to get the licensing. However, if Toyota is feeling generous, then we could see this amazing car in Forza Motorsport later this year!
