The first taste of iRacing Arcade is almost here. PC players will be able to try out the game from October 13, 2025, when a free demo launches on Steam.

The demo offers a preview of the new game created by iRacing Studios and Original Fire Games, the team behind Circuit Superstars and Karting Superstars.

The upcoming demo offers players a chance to experience the arcade-inspired take on iRacing's world-renowned simulation platform. With its little courses and pocket-sized cars, iRacing Arcade combines realistic motorsport depth with playable gameplay.

Players can race around Tsukuba Circuit, a recent addition to the iRacing Arcade track selection, in the demo by hopping into the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car. Realistic elements like tire wear, fuel usage, and damage will still be active, offering a unique mix of casual fun and competitive edge.

The full game promises a combination of licensed and fictional cars and tracks, including fan favorites like Imola and Lime Rock Park, alongside creative new environments.

IMSA Petit Le Mans Tie-In

To celebrate the demo's release, iRacing Arcade will make its real-world debut at this weekend's IMSA Motul Petit Le Mans. During the race, Max Esterson's JDC-Miller MotorSports Porsche 963 GTP will be branded with the game's branding.

From iRacing competitors to FIA Formula 3 and Formula 2, Esterson has showcased exceptional talent in both virtual and real-world racing. Speaking about the partnership, he shared his excitement:

The game is a fantastic opportunity to expose endurance racing to new fans, according to IMSA, which also expressed excitement about the partnership.

When it launches later this year on PC and in early 2026 for consoles, iRacing Arcade will include career and multiplayer modes. Players will be able to create their own motorsport empire in the career mode, which will also feature SimCity-inspired management-style gameplay. Players advance via developing team facilities, earning upgrades, and progressing through racing tiers.

Online features will include global leaderboards, time attack challenges, and competitive multiplayer events, offering players multiple ways to engage.

Those attending the SimRacing Expo on October 18 can try iRacing Arcade firsthand at the Fanatec Booth, where the demo will be playable ahead of the full release.

A Fresh Chapter for iRacing Fans

With its stylish design, easy-to-learn controls, and officially licensed content, iRacing Arcade aims to bridge the gap between realistic simulation and pick-up-and-play fun. Whether you're a seasoned iRacer or a newcomer looking for a lighter entry point into the world of motorsport gaming, the game is designed for all types of players.

The iRacing Arcade demo will be available on Steam on October 13, 2025. Additionally, fans will also be able to catch Max Esterton and the iRacing-branded JDC-Miller Porsche in action during Petit Le Mans on NBC and Peacock on October 11 at noon ET/9 AM PT.
