Le Mans Ultimate has joined the grid, bringing endurance racing back into the spotlight. As the official racing game of the World Endurance Championship, Le Mans Ultimate features incredibly detailed car interiors from all main endurance classes.
For those who want to race from a different view, however, how can you change the camera in Le Mans Ultimate?
Front-row seat
Le Mans Ultimate puts you right in the heart of endurance racing. With a stacked car list covering three different classes, there’s a car for everyone in the game.
One of Le Mans Ultimate’s key features is its detailed car interiors. Every car has been painstakingly modelled from the ground up to include one of the most immersive interiors in racing games.
Each car includes a fully functional steering wheel, dashboard, and flag panel to keep you up to date with what’s happening out on track. Continuing the immersions are the wing mirrors, allowing you to keep an eye on the competition behind as well as ahead of you.
So you never miss a second of the action, Le Mans Ultimate’s default camera puts you in the cockpit, but for those not wanting a front-row seat, how do you change the camera? Let’s take a look.
How to change the camera in Le Mans Ultimate
Le Mans Ultimate’s camera settings aren’t where you expect them to be, so you need to go digging to change them. First, head to the settings menu, which is accessed from the game’s main menu or during a race weekend.
In the settings menu, click on the ‘Graphics’ tab. Most games place their camera settings under ‘Gameplay’ but Le Mans Ultimate strays away from the norm.
In the graphics settings, you’ll find the camera view marked as ‘Default View’. This is set to cockpit by default but can be changed to suit your needs.
Once you’re happy with your new camera view, it’s time to test it out by hitting the track.
