If you're looking to find out where to watch and stream the Malaysian MotoGP 2023 round, you've come to the right place!

MotoGP concludes its run of East Asian rounds at the end of the season this weekend by heading to Malaysia for the Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix! Round 18 of the 2023 MotoGP season takes us to Sepang for the Malaysian GP.

Just like we did for the previous rounds in Italy, Britain, Austria, Catalonia, San Marino, India, Japan, Indonesia, Australia and Thailand, we're showing you where to watch and stream the 2023 Malaysian Motorcycle Grand Prix.

Malaysia is between 6-8 hours ahead of Europe, so the session times might be tough for those in Europe and the Americas. Viewers in Asia and Australasia should have it easier than normal though!

Here's everything you need to know about the 2023 Malaysian MotoGP sessions.

Malaysia is the oldest Southeast Asian round on the MotoGP championship, being on the calendar since 1991. Sepang became the permanent home of the Malaysian MotoGP in 1999 when it became the most impressive and modern motorsport facility in the world.

The motorbike is the most popular mode of transport in Southeast Asia and Malaysia is no exception. There are no Malaysian MotoGP riders, but Kasma Daniel competes in Moto2.

Sepang has long straights that promote overtaking and long, winding corners that push the tyres to their limits. The weather is also oppressively hot and humid, as Malaysia has a jungle climate.

The most successful rider at the Malaysian GP is unsurprisingly the Great Valentino Rossi with six victories to his name. Mick Doohan saw the chequered flag first on five occasions back in the Johor and Shah Alam days.

The only multiple winner in Malaysia on the current grid is Marc Marquez, with a pair of wins to the Spaniard's name. Maverick Vinales and Francesco Bagnaia also have wins here.

Bagnaia and Jorge Martin are still battling it out for the championship, and this weekend's race could prove to be pivotal with only two races left after it. Here's where can you watch and stream the Malaysian MotoGP 2023?

UK

We'll begin with the UK, where all sessions will be shown live on TNT Sport. TNT Sport is the only channel to see all sessions of the 2023 season live in the UK.

The UK is eight hours behind Malaysia and with the session times being around where they should be at local time, these will be tough to catch in the UK.

The Race and Sprint, for example, start at 7 am on Saturday and Sunday, respectively. Here's the full list of session times:

  • Practice 1: 2:45 - 3:30, Friday 10 November
  • Practice 2: 7:00 - 8:00, 10 November
  • Free Practice & Qualifying: 2:10 - 3:30, Saturday 11 November
  • Sprint: 7:00, 11 November
  • Race: 7:00, Sunday 12 November

USA

MotoGP coverage in the United States is on NBC. Unfortunately, only the Americas GP is shown live on NBC in the USA in 2023, so you'll need to catch the Thai GP at a later time if you're based in the states

However, with the race starting at 2 am on the east coast, this isn't such a bad thing. On the west coast, thought, it'd be a slightly better with an 11 pm start on Saturday night.

Other sessions including the sprint race and qualifying won't be shown on TV in the USA. The Malaysian GP will be shown on NBC at 1:30 pm Eastern time on Sunday 11 November.
