DIRT 5: Codemasters partner with charity CALM to release new Porsche Carrera livery

DIRT 5 has made waves in the racing scene since its launch, and it's easy to see why.

Now, the studio behind the game, Codemasters, has partnered with mental health charity CALM to encourage the racing community to seek support and discuss issues relating to mental health and suicide.

This has come in the form of a new livery in the game, let's take a look at it.

CALM

CALM itself is a mental health charity by the name of Campaign Against Living Miserably.

Throughout this difficult year, they have answered nearly 100,000 calls and have helped hundreds of people across the country.

COVID-19 has had a huge impact on each of our lives, and the need to open up and talk is more important than ever.

That's the main message behind this partnership, that someone always has your back, no matter what.

The Car

The Porsche 924 Carrera GTS Rallye livery launched with update 2.00.

It features a bespoke CALM livery with the words "Got Your Back, No Matter What" across the car.

With the gaming world growing so significantly over lockdown, this partnership is vital.
