Best graphics and performance settings

The best F1 23 graphics and performance settings will depend on your system. More powerful systems can run F1 23 at the highest settings. If you have less powerful hardware, you’ll need to adjust the settings to find the best balance between fidelity and performance.

Graphics settings

To adjust the F1 23 graphics and performance settings, go to Options in the main menu then go to Settings. From here, navigate to Graphics Settings.

If you want F1 23 to look as visually dazzling as possible, set the graphics settings to High or Ultra High.

If you encounter performance issues with this setting, turn off ray tracing. Even on high-end systems, ray tracing uses a significant amount of memory, which can reduce FPS and cause input lag. Also adjust the motion blur strength to zero.

Video settings

For the video settings, set the resolution to 2560 x 1440 (1440p) or 2560 × 1600 (1600p) depending on your monitor’s aspect ratio. If this causes performance issues, reduce the resolution to 1920 x 1080 (1080p).

F1 23 can run at much higher resolutions, but we recommend sticking to 1080p – 1600p for a smoother frame rate.
