F1 Manager 2023 PS5: Gameplay, release date, PS4 & more

F1 Manager 2023 will be released on the PS5 later this year.

F1 Manager 2023 PS5

We haven't heard anything official about F1 Manager 2023 from developers Frontier yet. However, we do know it will be released later this year and will be coming to the PS5.

The PlayStation 5 is a powerful next-gen system and we can expect the game to be playable in full 4K and 60 fps.

F1 Manager 2022 was excellent to play on PS5 and we know that will be the case for F1 Manager 2023 as well.

Trophy list

For PlayStation trophy hunters, F1 Manager 2022 had 27 trophies to collect on both PS5 and PS4. This included a Platinum trophy and we expect 2023's trophy list to be a similar size and consistency.

What about PS4?

PS5 isn't the only PlayStation console that could have F1 Manager 2023. The PlayStation 4 is still going, but its days are numbered. The PS4 turns ten years old this year and the PS5 will be three years old too.

While some developers have begun to release their new games solely on the next-gen systems, a lot still include the old-gen hardware.

Given the type of game that F1 Manager is and the size of the player base of the PS4, though, Frontier will probably include F1 Manager 2023 on it for one last year.

Release date & pre-order

We don't yet have an official F1 Manager 2023 release date, but the game is likely to drop sometime in the summer. We suspect it will be around late July and late August.

Pre-ordering the game could also grant gamers bonus features, such as early access like in 2022.

Announcement trailer

The first trailer for F1 Manager 2023 will give us our first look at the game. We'll learn a lot about the game here, including possible looks at the gameplay too.

Going off last year, the first trailer will likely drop online in either March or April.
