F1 Manager 2023’s first update focuses on improving the game’s stability, with fixes for crashes occurring after red flags and resuming Race Replay save among other improvements. There are also balance improvements for driver rating declines as well team as management bug fixes and car performance rebalancing in 'Equal Performance' Exclusive Scenarios.

One of the most important updates is a fix preventing “data discrepancies occurring from a mid-session save.” Console players will also benefit from improved analogue stick sensitivity.
