Hype for F1 Manager 2024 is building as more information is revealed about the game. Fans have begun asking how many editions will be available from launch, and Frontier has confirmed the answer.
F1 Manager 2024 will launch with a Standard and Deluxe Edition, but what is the difference between them? Here's everything you need to know about each edition of F1 Manager 2024.
F1 Manager 2024 editions
Frontier has confirmed that two editions of F1 Manager 2024 will be available to buy from release: a Standard Edition and the more exclusive Deluxe Edition.
The Deluxe Edition comes with more content for players to enjoy, while the Standard Edition focuses more on the base game itself. Like F1 24, there are also preordering bonuses for both editions this year.
With that in mind, let's take a closer look at each edition.
Standard Edition
F1 Manager 2024's Standard Edition is the basic default option for the game. This comes with Career Mode, including the new Create a Team, and Race Replay for fans who want to act out both real and fictional F1 moments.
Players who preorder the Standard Edition of F1 Manager 2024 will gain access to an exclusive F1 2024 Show Car preset for the Create a Team livery editor. Besides that, however, there is little else on offer for this edition of the game.
Players can purchase the Standard Edition of F1 Manager 2024 for £29.99 ($34.99), the same price across all platforms.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition comes with more content than the Standard Edition. This includes five extra liveries for Create a Team as well as five fictional Race Replay events for players to enjoy.
The Deluxe Edition of F1 Manager 2024 can be purchased for £39.99 ($44.99) on all platforms. Preordering the Deluxe Edition of the game will also give players a 10% discount.
At the time of writing, no early access period has been confirmed for either edition of F1 Manager 2024. Sadly, there will also be no physical version for players who like to collect game discs. This has enabled Frontier to reduce the retail price.
F1 Manager 2024 release date
F1 Manager 2024 will arrive in the paddock on July 23. As there is no early access period, all players will hit the grid at the same time.
The game will launch on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. Frontier announced during June's FrontierUnlocked stream that F1 Manager 2024 will also be released on Nintendo Switch.
With the brand new Create a Team mode, mentality hub, and mechanical failures all debuting this year, F1 Manager 2024 already promises to be a real step up for the franchise, matching the excitement of the real-world F1 2024 season.
