F1 Manager 2024 Release Date Revealed

With the 2024 F1 season well underway, the F1 Manager 2024 hype engine is firing up. Guessing the release date of the game was as unpredictable as guessing race winners this year, but that’s now all changed.

Frontier has revealed the release date for F1 Manager 2024, and it turns out some predictions were right.

Changing the race

F1 Manager 2024 is the third iteration of the F1 Manager series, building F1 Manager 2023's solid foundation. This year sees the addition of the most heavily fan-requested feature, with Create a Team, allowing players to build their own F1 team from scratch.

Create a Team opens the door to extensive customization in the F1 Manager series, with players able to design their own car livery, race suits, helmets, and even team logos. That’s before they’re put in the team principal hot seat, hiring drivers, designers, and other team members to keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The new mentality hub also keeps players on their toes. Both drivers and staff need to be kept happy, or the overall team performance may drop. If that’s not bad enough, unhappy staff and drivers can have their heads turned by other teams, with them even jumping ship and crossing the grid to a rival team.

Everything about F1 Manager looks promising, but fans have been kept in the dark about when the game will be launching. That’s changed now though, as Frontier has finally confirmed when F1 Manager 2024 is coming out.

F1 Manager 2024 release date revealed

Frontier has announced the release date for F1 Manager 2024, with the game now just over two months away. F1 Manager 2024 will launch on July 23 on both PC and console alongside the Belgian Grand Prix before the summer break.

The game will also launch in two different editions. The Standard Edition comes with all of the game’s new features and puts players in the big chair in both Career Mode (including Create a Team) and Race Replay Mode.

In addition, the Deluxe Edition includes the 2024 F1 Show Car Preset design, five historically inspired livery patterns for Create a Team, and five exclusive Race Replay scenarios. Players who preorder the Deluxe Edition can also receive a 10% discount.

Unlike last year, preordering the game doesn't give you early access to the game, and Frontier has also confirmed that the Standard Edition will not be getting a physical release. Preorders for F1 Manager 2024 are now open, so don't miss out when the paddock gates open.

F1 Manager 2024 launches on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC. The game is priced at £29.99 ($34.99) for the Standard Edition, while the Deluxe Edition is priced at £39.99 ($44.99).
