F1 Manager 2024 has been officially revealed, and players are now starting to ask how they can dive into the world of F1. One of the biggest questions is which platforms the game will be released on, with Xbox One players all wanting to know if it will be coming to last-gen platforms.
A new-look grid
F1 Manager is back and better than ever. F1 Manager 2024’s reveal comes with confirmation of a much-requested feature. For the first time, players can take charge of their very own Formula 1 team, including signing sponsors, designing the car, and, of course, hiring drivers and staff.
Along with the new Create A Team mode, F1 Manager 2024’s AI has also been overhauled to resemble the real F1 grid more closely. Racing looks and feels more immersive, and off the track, the AI is now as ruthless as the real-life paddock.
Your rivals can now poach drivers and staff too, so it’s up to you to keep everyone happy or be left in the dust of your championship nemesis. It’s also a good idea to have a shortlist of replacements lined up just in case the inevitable happens.
With the game shaping up to be the recovery drive the F1 Manager series needs, players are asking which platforms F1 Manager 2024 will be available on. In particular, fans are keen to find out if the game will be coming to Xbox One this year.
Will F1 Manager be on Xbox One?
Despite all the innovation going into this year’s release, there is good news for players looking to race in F1 Manager 2024 on last-gen consoles.
F1 Manager 2024 will launch on Xbox One. With the game still utilising Unreal Engine 4, there’s no reason for the series to exclude the last-gen consoles this year.
If the series deviates from the existing engine next year, Xbox One players could be left stranded in the pitlane. But for now, it’s good news for those still waiting for their mid-season upgrade to Xbox Series X|S.
