As the second month of 2024 drifts to an end, everyone's attention now switches to March in Forza Horizon 5. Europe is heading to Mexico with the European Automotive Series set to bring some iconic cars across the Atlantic.

Let’s take a look at what’s coming in the new Forza Horizon 5 European Automotive series update.

Across the pond

As the Lunar New Year celebrations draw to a close, something is brewing across the pond. Some of Europe's best offerings are being loaded into planes, ready to fly across the Atlantic to the Horizon Festival.

The European Automotive Series brings the best of Europe to Mexico, with a mix of cars from some of the most highly regarded manufacturers out there. These include Aston Martin, Lancia, and Volkswagen to name a few.

Let's check out the new wheels joining the Horizon festival.

European car wave

As with every new series in Forza Horizon 5, a new roster of cars is coming to Mexico with the European Automotive playlist. No less than eight unlockable Festival Playlist Reward Cars will be available throughout March, with some incredible machinery available to unlock.

There’s a real Asian flavour to the cars this month, with MG, Hyundai, and Lynk & Co all featuring. Here’s the full list of new cars coming in the European Automotive Series:

European Automotive Car Pack

Along with the new cars coming to playlist rewards, the European Automotive Series also sees the arrival of four more European icons in the European Automotive Car Pack.

There are some incredibly beautiful cars coming as part of the car pack, with a bit of brute force as well for those tougher races. Here's the full list of cars coming in the European Automotive Car Pack:

  • 2021 Bentley Continental GT Convertible
  • 1987 Mercedes-Benz AMG Hammer Wagon
  • 2019 Jaguar XE SV Project 8
  • 2020 Automobili Pininfarina Battista

The European Automotive Car Pack is priced at £3.99 ($4.99) and will be available to purchase from 27 February.

Dino racing

The EventLab in Forza Horizon 5 also sees some new additions, with dinosaurs taking over the prop list. Six new dinosaur-themed props add a prehistoric feel to your races, with a range of other textured items to add variety to your custom events.

Forza Horizon 5 European Automotive patch notes

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue with the 1993 Nissan Skyline GTR and the 1995 Nissan GTR LM in which artifacts were visible when using Ray Tracing
  • It is now possible to remove the wing from the 2022 Porsche Cayman 718 GT4 RS
  • Fixed texture issues on the doors of the 2008 Aston Martin DBS
  • Fixed the cosmetic issues with the Hyundai Kona Forza Aero’s front bumper

Forza Horizon 5 European Automotive release date

The Forza Horizon 5 European Automotive series starts on 29 February, bringing four new seasonal playlists with new challenges and reward cars to unlock.
