Forza Horizon 5 Series 7 is here, starting with a new Summer Festival Playlist. As well as a Photo Challenge in Guanajuato, the Summer Playlist has a new Treasure Hunt for you to complete and unlock new rewards.
Struggling to solve the clue and find the treasure? Don’t worry because we’ve got you covered in our Forza Horizon 5 Fireflies Treasure Hunt Guide
Forza Horizon 5 Fine Tuned Treasure Hunt Guide
The Fireflies Treasure Hunt starts with the following clue: “Fly the Fire like a bird to collect 5 Stars.” For this Treasure Hunt, you need to own the 1977 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am made famous by Smokey and the Bandit.
If you don’t already own it, the Firebird is available at the Autoshow for 45,000 credits.
After you’ve bought the Firebird, you need to channel your inner Bandit earn five stars in a Danger Sign PR stunt jump. Danger Sign stunts only award up to three stars, but successfully landing two three-star jumps will unlock the next clue.
We recommend the Salto De Danger Sign for this treasure hunt. Set on a runway, the ramp has a long run-up to build up speed.
With 201 horsepower, the Firebird isn’t the quickest car, so you may want to tune it if you want to earn five stars fast. The further the jump, the more stars you earn. Don’t overcook it though, as you'll fail the jump if you don't land on all four wheels.
Earn a total of five stars in a Danger Sign jump and the treasure chest location will be shown on the map. It’s tricky to find, but the chest is hidden in the swamp next to the Riviera Maya.
You can find it in the north section of the swamp between two boats. Use the pointer on the map below to find the treasure chest and smash into it to collect your rewards.
