Winter is here in Forza Horizon 5 Series 12: Horizon Road Trip.
With a season change comes a new set of challenges to conquer and reward cars to earn. Without further ado, here’s a full rundown of the Forza Horizon 5 Series 12 Winter Festival Playlist and every reward car up for grabs over the next week.
Series 12 Winter
Forza Horizon 5 Series 12 Winter starts today (29 September) at 15:30 BST/14:30 UTC and ends on 6 October at 15:30 BST/14:30 UTC.

+ 3Every season in Horizon Road Trip is themed around a different type of racing. Whereas last Last week’s Autumn Festival Playlist was all about Cross Country Racing, Winter focuses on Street Racing.
As always, there are two season progress cars to unlock. At 20 points you can earn China's Lynk & Co 03+. The Donkervoort GTO can also be yours at 40 points.
Reward cars
An abundance of reward cars can also be won by completing challenges in the Series 12 Winter Festival Playlist.
Completing the Street Safari Trial event unlocks the Mosler MT900S, while the Playground Games Survival event gives you the keys to the Mercedes-Benz Unimog.
click to enlarge + 3Four more cars are rewarded in this week’s Seasonal Championships. These are the Audi TT RS (The Marathon), Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX (Street Endurance), HSV Maloo '14 (On The Move), and Renault Megane R26.R (Retro Street).
Completing the Paint the Streets Orange Hot Wheels Seasonal Championship also unlocks the Volkswagen Golf R '14 hot hatch.
Photo Challenge: #StreetScene
For this season’s Photo Challenge, you need to photograph the 2008 Renault Mégane R26.R at the Horizon Street Scene Outpost.
This will reward you with Watermelon Ankle Socks for your player avatar.
Treasure Hunt: Super Street
This week’s Festival Playlist features a Treasure Hunt to conquer. The clue is: “Open the hatch and turn up the heat to top the podium of these super streets.”

Weekly Challenge: Total Eclipse
Series 12 Winter’s Weekly Challenge showcases the 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, the AWD variant of Mitsubishi’s compact sports car.
All you need to do to complete Chapter 1 is own and drive the 1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX.
Chapter 2 requires you to earn three 3 Lucky Escape Skill combos in the Eclipse GSX by drifting through traffic. Winning a Drag Race in the Eclipse GSX will complete Chapter 3. Finally, earn a total of 100,000 Skill Score in your Eclipse GFS to complete Chapter 4.
