The Forza Horizon 5 map is covered in amazing nods to Mexican culture and history, but the ancient ruins that are found in wild corners of the map deliver the biggest hit.
Uxmal is one of those locations.
Where is Uxmal in Forza Horizon 5?
In the real world Uxmal is a Mayan City of the classical period and is considered one of the most important archeological sites in Mexico.
In Forza Horizon 5, its iconic pyramid is an absolute show-stopper.
There are no events happening at Uxmal, but the location is worth exploring and is occasionally needed for Photo Challenges in the Festival Playlist.
You'll find Uxmal on the southern edge of the map, near the Gran Puente bridge.
The pyramid itself is clearly visible from the winding country road that takes you through La Selva toward aerodromo en la selva.
FORDzathon Spring Festival Playlist
The location of Uxmal is key for the FORDzathon Spring Festival Playlist.
You need to snap the 1965 Ford Mustang GT Coupe at this location to complete the Photo Challenge.
That's not the only thing going on in this Festival Playlist though. As the name suggests there are a lot of Fords for you to win.
The Renault Clio '10 (20 points) and No.14 Ford Fiesta (40 points) are the weekly Season Progress cars, but there is also the Ford Escore '92, RS200, GT500 '20, Raptor '11, and Mustang '65 to be won through events and Seasonal Championships.
There are also a few Super Wheelspins to win too, so it is well worth completing.
