How to play online in Gran Turismo Sport

Gran Turismo Sport is all about the multiplayer experience, the majority of which comes online.

However, for new players, it can be a bit confusing working out how to get online, and get playing!

So, let's take a look at how you can play online in Gran Turismo Sport and enjoy the multiplayer experience.

Getting online

Firstly, it's important to make sure that your console is connected to the internet in the first place. Both Wi-Fi and ethernet will work.

Secondly, players will have to have PlayStation Plus in order to play online. If you don't, the game will still be playable, but multiplayer online features will be blocked.

Once you've done that, the only remaining step is to jump into the game and work out where the multiplayer is.

Jumping into multiplayer

Next, and with all the initial steps sorted, it's time to jump into multiplayer iun Gran Turismo Sport.

There are various ways you can play multiplayer in the game. Firstly, multiplayer online is available in both Arcade and Sport mode.

If you're looking to play in some fun drift trials, then you'll want to head over to arcade mode. If you're looking for some more serious racing, then Sport mode is the one for you.

Gran Turismo 7

The arrival of Gran Turismo 7 is still on the horizon, although it was recently announced that the release of the game will be delayed until 2022.
