Moza has revealed its new racing wheel and pedal bundle: the R3. The Moza R3 is the first Xbox licensed racing bundle, with a wheel and pedals compatible with plug & play on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One.

Moza reveals the Moza R3

Marketed as the start of a "new era", the Moza R3 is the first Xbox-licensed wheel and pedal bundle from Moza. It's fully plug-and-play with Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One and fully compatible with PC.

Featuring a Direct Drive base, the R3 wheel delivers more precision for console racers. Force feedback will also be improved for those on Xbox.

The R3 is designed to fit on both desktops and dedicated sim rigs, suiting everyone from casual racers to league competitors. The base is also crafted from an aviation-grade aluminium alloy, making it lightweight and easy to manoeuvre to and from the racing position. The wheel itself features synthetic leather, ensuring a reliable grip during those high-pressure corners.

The R3 pedals are made from high-strength steel, increasing durability and responsiveness when accelerating and braking.

Fully plug and play

The R3’s real selling point is that it's the first Xbox-licensed wheel and pedal bundle from Moza. Compatible with both Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One, players will be able to go racing without needing to reconfigure either the wheel or their console.

Moza has collaborated with Microsoft to ensure players' R3 experience is as smooth as possible. With Forza Motorsport on the horizon, this is the perfect time to release an Xbox-compatible wheel.

Moza has also released a list of games compatible with the R3. All mainstream racing titles are supported on the R3. Strangely, however, F1 23 is on the console list but missing from the PC list at the time of writing.

Pricing for the Moza R3 Racing Bundle is yet to be announced. But with the R5 bundle priced at £499.99 at the time of writing, we’re expecting the R3 to be priced similarly if not cheaper.
