LEGO 2K Drive is here. 2K Games’ new family-friendly kart racer is out on a variety of platforms, but is LEGO 2K Drive on Game Pass?
With a vast open world to explore and surprisingly deep car customisation, LEGO 2K Drive is the spiritual successor to LEGO Racers we’ve been waiting for. It's easily one of the best kart racers in a long time, so you might be wondering if you can play LEGO 2K Drive on Game Pass.
Here’s what we know so far about LEGO 2K Drive on Game Pass.
Is LEGO 2K Drive on Game Pass?
LEGO 2K Drive is out on a wide range of platforms. These include PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
2K Games’ kart racer is set in the open world of Bricklandia, with the aim to win the coveted Sky Cup Trophy. As you explore the open world, your vehicle can switch between cars and boats like in Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Transformed.
Microsoft’s Game Pass subscription service offers an affordable and convenient way to play the latest games. Unfortunately, LEGO 2K Drive is not on Game Pass.
At the time of writing, 2K Games hasn’t announced plans to offer LEGO 2K Drive on Microsoft’s subscription service. This could change in the future, however.
While no LEGO games have come to Game Pass at launch, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was recently added to the subscription eight months after its initial launch.
It’s possible, then, that LEGO 2K Games will come to Game Pass in the future, but not for a long time. We’ll update this page if 2K Games announces plans to bring LEGO 2K Drive to Game Pass.
If you can’t wait for LEGO 2K Drive to come to Game Pass, there are plenty of purchase options. The Standard Edition retails for £49.99/$59.99, while the deluxe Awesome Edition and Awesome Rivals Edition cost £84.99/$99.99 and £99.99/$119.99 respectively.
Beginner’s guide and review
Since it’s primarily aimed at younger gamers, LEGO 2K Drive is an accessible game. But like with any kart racer, there are plenty of techniques you need to know if you want to win the coveted Sky Cup trophy, from drifting to creating vehicle loadouts.
