MotoGP 22 Career Mode: Managerial Career, Calendar, next-gen, consoles, & more

After months of waiting, MotoGP 22 finally launched last month. MotoGP 21 was a thrill ride and one of the best motorbike games in years, but MotoGP 22 has taken it a step further.

One of the main attractions of MotoGP 22 is its amazing Managerial Career Mode, which was introduced last year.

So, with that in mind, what's in store for us for MotoGP 22 this year when it comes to Career Mode? Here's everything you need to know!

Manage your team

Just like in MotoGP 21's Career mode, you can be much more than a rider. You can also be the owner of a MotoGP/Moto2/Moto3 team. This means that you'll be able to hire and fire staff and steer the team's R&D Development.

The choice of different series means that you can start all the way down in Moto3 and aim for a "road to glory" playthrough. On the flipside, you can jump into the best team and challenge Marc Marquez and Fabio Quartararo for the championship in your first season.

When it comes to the circuits, the entire 2022 MotoGP calendar is in the game. There are now also a handful of Historical circuits in the game too, but these aren't in Career Mode.

The full rider roster for these series are also in MotoGP 22, which encompasses the teams, sponsors, and liveries.

Gameplay & next-gen

The MotoGP game made its debut on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X last year. We saw the MotoGP game in 4K graphics and 60 fps for the first time and it was glorious. For PS5 as well, we got to experience the full optimisation of the DualSense's haptic feedback and adaptive triggers.

MotoGP 22 is also available on the old-gen equivalents of the PS4 and Xbox One too. While these systems won't have the same levels of performance as the next-gen consoles, they will show the game in a very good light.

This is in addition to the Switch and PC versions of the game.
