F1 returns to Rocket League in 2022 Formula 1 Fan Pass

After announcing the 2022 NASCAR Fan Pass last week, Psyonix has revealed Formula 1 is returning to Rocket League.

Available next week on 4 May, the 2022 Formula 1 Fan Pass will bring new F1-themed content to Rocket League throughout the year. Here’s what Rocket League and F1 fans can look forward to!

Release 1

Costing 1100 Credits, the 2022 Formula 1 Fan Pass includes a newly designed Formula 1 car facelifted for 2022. Completing the package is a set of 2022 Decals based on official F1 teams, along with race-ready Pirelli Wheels and updated 2022 Formula 1 Engine Audio.

Rocket League 2022 Formula 1 Fan Pass Ferrari livery — New F1 content is coming to Rocket League throughout the year

The 2022 Formula 1 Fan Pass will be available to buy from the Item Shop from 4 May – 10 May just in time for the inaugural Miami Grand Prix. As a bonus, players can also pick up a free Formula 1 2022 Player Banner from the Item Shop.

The first 2022 Formula 1 Fan Pass update includes the following F1-themed content:

2022 Formula 1 Car (Dominus Hitbox)
2022 Formula 1 Engine Audio
Pirelli Wheels
Alfa Romeo 2022 Decal
AlphaTauri 2022 Decal
Ferrari 2022 Decal
McLaren 2022 Decal
Red Bull 2022 Decal
McLaren Miami 2022 Decal

These items can only be equipped with the 2022 Formula 1 Car, which can’t be customised with all item types.

Future updates

After the first bundle, two more updates will arrive later this year. The next update will release this summer with five 2022 Formula 1 Car decals: Alpine 2022, Aston Martin 2022, Haas 2022, Mercedes 2022, and Williams 2022.

Rocket League 2022 Formula 1 Fan Pass McLaren decal — The first release includes six team decals

The third and final update will drop this autumn featuring three colour variants of the Pirelli Wheels. Both updates will be free for 2022 Formula 1 Fan Pass holders.
