WRC Generations is the final WRC game developed by Kylotonn games, but what pre-order bonuses did it come with?
There's a large roster of cars, 165 special stages across 22 locations, and a new Leagues mode in WRC Generations. Kylotonn is ending the WRC game series with a bang before Codemasters takes over the license next year.
Now that the final game has been released following a delay, you can no longer pre-order it. However, let's have a look at what you could've gotten!
WRC Generations pre-order bonus
Players who pre-ordered the WRC Generations standard edition received Marcus Gronholm's iconic Peugeot 206 WRC as an exclusive bonus. Behind the wheel of the Peugeot 206, Gronholm took home two World Rally Champion titles in 2000 and 2002.
The WRC Generations' standard edition is currently available to pre-order on the PlayStation and Xbox digital stores for £34.99/€39.99/$39.99. Physical retail versions of the standard version are also available for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, and Xbox One.
Because the PC version wasn’t available to pre-order, players who purchased the Standard or Fully Loaded Editions within the first two weeks after launch can claim the Peugeot 206 DLC for free until 17 November.
Deluxe Edition
There is also a WRC Generations Deluxe Edition called the Fully Loaded Edition that’s packed with extra content.
The Fully Loaded Edition includes the following bonus content:
- Sébastien Loeb's Citroën C4 WRC
- Two Liveries for Romain Dumas' Porsche 911 GT3 RS RGT
- Livery Editor bonus items
- 48 hours Early Access
- Three Free Months to WRC+ All Live
- A Career Starter Pack
As you would expect, the extra content means the WRC Generations Fully Loaded is more expensive than the Standard Edition. At the time of writing, the Fully Loaded Edition is priced at £44.99/€49.99/$49.99 on PlayStation and Xbox.
Release date
WRC Generations drifted onto PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC, on 3 November. A Nintendo Switch version will follow at a later date. Pre-ordering the Deluxe Edition gives you two days early access on 1 November.
