PS5
One of the major bonuses for the PS5 is the hardware that is easily capable of running games at a 4K resolution.
Thankfully, this includes Destruction Allstars, which will be available in a glorious 4K resolution.
So, for this with the right TV or monitor, you'll be able to crush your opposition and bask in the destruction like never before.
DualSense
The DualSense is another main selling point of the PS5, and rightfully so with it's intelligent features.
Once again, Destruction Allstars takes advantage of all of these features expertly.
The game uses both the adaptive triggers, for advanced feel of the cars in-game, and also haptic feedback. This means you'll be able to feel each crash and impact like never before, all thanks to the DualSense controller!
Audio
Another advantage of the PS5's improved hardware is the scope for better audio.
Sony have manifested this in the Tempest 3D AudioTech engine, which is only available for certain headsets.
This offers unparalleled surround sound for players in the game, and means that you'll be able to your opponents' each and every move!
Release date
The game was initially scheduled for a late 2020 release, in November, along with the launch of the PS5.
However, the game wasn't quite ready, so the release date has been pushed back to February of this year.
Excitingly, the game will now also be offered for free on PS Plus for two months, so owners of the subscription best take advantage!
