Rocket League Racing is a new arcade racer but how do you unlock the Jackie Skin in-game? This is a free game, but add-ons can cost players money on top of this.
Rocket Racing was recently added as a Rocket League spin-off for Fortnite. There's a lot to learn with this new game, including how to get a boost start and how to drift.
What about when it comes to the content? Well, the best things in life are for free and the Jackie Skin is one of them. We've got everything you need to know about it right here!
Rocket League Racing: How to Unlock Jackie Skin
When you boot up Rocket League, you'll need to head over to the Quests menu from the main menu. This can be found by pressing R1 on PlayStation or RB on Xbox to navigate over to it.
Within the "Try Rocket Racing" section, there's a few quests to complete, including the Jackie Skin quest, where you'll need to reach Gold rank to pass.
So, what is Gold rank and how do you achieve it? Well, Gold has three rankings and you'd think that getting to the first of these rankings would unlock the Jackie Skin, but you'd have been wrong a few days ago.
The requirement was that you'll need to get to Gold Rank 2, which you'll need to do by competing in and getting good finishes. The developers acknowledged this not being clear, and have sine fixed this to Gold Rank 1:
So, once you've reached Gold Rank 1, you'll need to complete one more race and the Jackie Skin will be in your items list. It doesn't matter where you finish, all that matters is that you finish.
Once this is done, you can apply this skin to customise your driver.
