Every Need for Speed fan knows that Tuesdays are when EA reveals new Need for Speed Unbound trailers and info drops. And tomorrow will be no exception.
Need for Speed Unbound customisation trailer coming tomorrow
Since Need for Speed Unbound was revealed, EA has shown off the new flashy driving effects you can apply to your car and high-speed cop chases in gameplay trailers. Tomorrow’s trailer, however, will focus on car customisation.
A short clip posted on the official Need for Speed Twitter page previews Unbound’s extensive customisation options, showing a Nissan Silvia being fitted with new wheels, spoilers, and side skirts.
While the footage isn’t new, we’ll likely see new gameplay tomorrow and find out more about Unbound’s extensive customisation system.
EA will reveal the Need for Speed Unbound customisation trailer tomorrow at 4pm BST / 8am PT/ 5pm CEST.
Customisation is a core part of Need for Speed's identity. From what we know so far, Unbound will take it to the next level and allow players to express themselves in new ways.
As well as the usual brash body kits, new options will let you remove panels such as doors and roofs for the first time in the series.
In addition, players can also apply graffiti-inspired driving effects such as wings that pop out of the car during jumps and coloured smoke effects when drifting.
It’s a unique visual style that will make Need for Speed Unbound stand out from the crowd. They won’t suit everyone’s taste, but at least you can turn them off.
Release date
We’re counting down the days until the Need for Speed Unbound release date. If you need a reminder, it will be released on 2 December for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
