We’ve seen a lot of limited-edition liveries in Formula 1 this season, but we always knew the US Grand Prix would throw up something special. Williams and Haas have added the famous stars and stripes to their cars, and now Red Bull has done the same. For F1 23 players, this has led to a surprise waiting in their inbox.
Red Bull US Grand Prix livery free gift to F1 23 players
Red Bull doesn't mix things up very often when it comes to their liveries, with the Milton Keynes-based team usually sticking to the familiar red, blue, and yellow. However, there's always something special about COTA, and this has led to some incredible designs this year.
Red Bull have also caught the COTA bug, with the RB19 decked out in stars and stripes. Dubbed the Lone Star Bull, this is a striking change for Red Bull, and it was only a matter of time before the livery found its way into F1 23.
How to get Red Bull US Grand Prix livery in F1 23
With Charles Leclerc occupying this week’s Pro Challenge, players may have been wondering how they could get their hands on the Red Bull US Grand Prix livery.
Well, it seems Codemasters are feeling generous this week because the Lone Star Bull is free for all F1 23 players. All you have to do is log in to F1 23, and the livery is yours.
Update 1.15 updates F1 and F2 grids
Update 1.15 has arrived in F1 23, and it makes some big changes to the F1 grid. The F1 Sports Update brings the entire F1 grid up to date, including reworked bodywork, liveries, sponsors, and even team attire. Now the F1 grid once again reflects the real-life 2023 season.
It’s not just F1 that sees a refresh, however. Update 1.15 also sees the introduction of the 2023 F2 season to the game. This brings the full 2023 Formula 2 teams and drivers to the game, allowing players to start a new F2 career with the 2023 roster.
