The first round of Forza Motorsport's Featured Multiplayer Events for 2024 is now available, and this week is a real mixed bag. From McLarens in Britain to Mercedes at Hockenheim, let's take a look at January's Featured Multiplayer and Rival Events in Forza Motorsport.
Featured Events
Forza Motorsport's Featured Events are split into two main categories. Featured Multiplayer Events contain both Open and Spec Series, while Featured Rivals include Rival Events in dedicated cars around specified tracks.
Open Series allows players to bring their own wheels to the track, with upgrades and tuning encouraged. Spec Series, on the other hand, levels the playing field by putting all racers in the same car. These have all been tuned by the Forza team to provide the best racing possible.
Let's see what Forza Motorsport has in store this month.
Contemporary racing
January's first Career Series is the continuation of the Contemporary Tour. Taking place across four series, each with their own individual Spotlight Cars, players have until 31 January to complete all four series.
Completing the Contemporary Tour will unlock a special car for players. Powered by an intimidating 6-litre V12 engine, and hand-built using a carbon fibre construction, the 2022 Pagani Huayra R is an absolute beast of a machine.
So after dominating the track in a mix of fantastic racing cars, you can then rule the circuits in one of the best hypercars ever built.

Best of British
The second Career Series is the British Open Tour. Running until 18 January, players must complete all four Open Tour series in order to unlock the reward car. Each event will see you taking on British classics such as Aston Martin, Lotus, Mini, and Jaguar in C, B, A, and S classes.
Those who do manage to complete the British Open Tour will be treated to unlocking the 2015 McLaren 650S. A true track beauty, the McLaren celebrates the best of British motoring in style.
Lambo racing
January's spotlight car is the 2015 Lamborghini #63 Squadra Corse Huracan LP620-2 Super Trofeo. Between 11 - 18 January, you can get a sweet 30% discount on this incredible-looking car.
The Lamborghini, once bought, can be used in both the Featured Multiplayer Spotlight Series as well as Featured Rivals events. As well as this, the 2018 version of this ferocious racer is available in the Forza Motorsport Car Pass.
Forza Motorsport January Featured Multiplayer Events
Here's the full list of this month's Featured Multiplayer and Rivals Events. We've included the cars, classes, and tracks for each event, as well as the dates these events are available.
As the name suggests, the Vintage Le Mans Prototype series has you racing iconic cars that dominated Le Mans in the 1960s and 70s, while Featured Rivals challenges you to set the fastest lap at Hockenheim in a Mercedes-AMG One.
