With over 420 cars at launch, Gran Turismo 7 has something for every petrolhead, whether you love race cars, hot hatchbacks, or supercars. Without the option to try before you buy, this omission can make finding the right car difficult as there are hundreds to choose from.

At the time of writing, Polyphony hasn’t said if it plans to add the ability to test drive cars in GT7. However, Polyphony is working on updates for the game, so this feature could be added in the future.

Given that an upcoming update will let you sell cars, it’s possible Polyphony will add the ability to test drive cars in the future if there’s enough demand. For now, though, you’ll need to grind and save up credits to buy your dream cars in GT7.

If you want to try different types of cars in GT7 without spending credits, we recommend completing Missions.

These require you to complete challenges in assigned cars such as overtaking a set number of rivals within the time limit. 12 cars can be unlocked by completing Missions from a Jeep Willys MB to a Dodge Viper Gr.4.
