F1 23 revealed – Braking Point is back

One of the most welcome changes is a new handling model. Codemasters has improved the physics to make the handling more refined for controller users.

As expected, the popular Braking Point story mode last seen in F1 2021 is returning. This time, Aiden Jackson and former rival Devon Butler are joining forces as teammates for the fictional Konnersport Racing team.

There are other surprises too such as the return of Red Flags in an official F1 game for the first time in nearly a decade. The new Las Vegas circuit will also be in F1 23 at launch so we won't have to wait for a post-launch update to race around the brand-new US street circuit.

First Gran Turismo movie trailer drops

Ever since it was announced, we’ve been eager to see footage of the Gran Turismo movie. This finally happened this week with the release of the first Gran Turismo movie trailer.

Directed by Neill Blomkamp (District 9), the movie is based on the remarkable true story of Jann Mardenborough, who became a professional racing driver after winning the 2011 GT Academy competition.

From the trailer, the Gran Turismo movie is looking better than anyone expected. The racing action looks visceral, but some of the story beats look formulaic. Will you be watching Gran Turismo’s movie adaptation when it races onto the big screen this August?
